The Wanderer’s Notebook is an interconnected series of short stories combining sci-fi, fantasy, and horror elements. These connections range from stories directly following one another, to shared creatures and worlds, to hidden connections that will be revealed over time. In a world of lands divided by timeless mist, a dwarvish settlement seeks the aid of the elves. In a time of war, will necessity overpower jealousy? A stern investigator questions witnesses to a strange haunting where the sadistic entity is more interested in getting rid of its victim than tormenting him. When strange monsters attack the city, a girl who works in a local factory discovers that her coworker harbors secrets even stranger than the mechanical monsters killing people in the streets. In the far future, humans have reached the edge of their galaxy, having found no signs of sentient life other than themselves. As they make the jump to a new galaxy, their paradigm of singularity will be shattered.
