Finally a book is written, if followed correctly, that will make every church a success in its management. I’m so thankful that God blessed me to pastor a church that was a joy to be involved with. I pray that every keeper of a vineyard will utilize this book as a guideline for a smooth functioning organism. The majority of churches are operated as an organization when in reality the church is an organism and must be governed by God, the Holy Spirit, and does not follow the rules of organizational management. It is necessary for the church to have strong, united and faithful workers. The workers must be taught what their duties in the Body of Christ are and how to perform them within their area of expertise. This booklet is a valuable instrument in concentrating on and establishing the auxiliaries in the church. The principles outlined in the book show clearly what is required of each church division. To be a church that is confident in its Spiritual function is a wonderful experience.
