The presentation contained in this book is an objective analysis of the judgment passed by both the Judicial Committees of the Northern Region and National House of Chiefs and the Supreme Court of Ghana in the interest of Nanung tradition and custom. It is not to favour any of the two-chieftaincy factions. However, if two people are fighting over something, definitely there is a righteous one among them. The custom and tradition of Nanung is of paramount interest to the writer. It is also to challenge the justice system of Ghana in relation to the verdict: a case study of Bimbilla Chieftaincy Verdict by the Northern Region House of Chiefs, National House Chiefs, and the Supreme Court of Ghana.
