Following arthroscopic surgery on his right knee in 2006, Jerry Sorlucco faced a choice: Lose weight, or eventually face artificial knee replacements for both knees. While the book is technically correct, Jerry isn’t a scientist. Consequently, it’s written in layman’s language and easy to understand.
