There’s an immeasurable evolution of collective consciousness, or Consciousness, at the heart of existence. Every individualized consciousness is an inseparable constituent of this collective evolution, and all that which is most essential to that evolution remains beyond every delusional human pretense of power. The Tao heeds not the human ideas of wealth and control born of the ego, but uses such illusions in the gradual revelation of the grounding truth underlying all of them, The Way walked by all. Those who heed the shadows cast across the ground are captured by a world of illusion; a world that blinds them to the truth that they’re but playing a shadow game set to serve The Way. For no matter how long mankind may ignore the eternal ground upon which it walks and dishonor its natural manifestations and divine guidance, the truth of It cannot be forever forsaken, for everything which seems to prevail over It yet depends upon It, and everything comes from and returns to The Way, like endless rivers running eternally back to the sea. The unwise cut unnatural rivers into the land and capture water in corralling dams for the sake of expanding their egos, proclaiming themselves masters of a new domain. The wise are as undammed rivers connecting and fertilizing life in its inseparability, forever riding those rivers back to the collective Source that has always been and will always be.
