The ten yoga systems are:  Raja Yoga, Gita-Yoga, Gnyana-Yoga, Hatha and Laya Yogas, Bhakti and Mantra Yogas, Buddhist Yoga, The Chinese Yoga or Zen, and finally the Sufi Yogas, which includes discussions on Maulana Rumi, Omar Khayyam and other well-known Sufi poets and mystics.
