Of course, in Florida, the early Spanish period was what he would be involved with. He joined several groups in nearby Saint Augustine, the oldest continuously occupied city in North America.Working as a volunteer reenactor, he found himself demonstrating and describing many of the historical actions and daily procedures of the 16th, through the 19th centuries, to the many visitors who came to see the town.
