He has written and published several papers, including ’The Relationship between Majority and Minority Shareholders in American Private Companies’ and ’Indigenisation and the Feasability of Corporate Control by Nigerian Shareholders.’ He is a member of several professional bodies and reipient of several awards including African International Achievers Merit for 2004 and Most Outstanding Philanthropist Award in 2011. He is also the Aare Onakakanfo (Field Marshal) of Owu Kingdom. Dr. (Prince) Bolu Akin-Olugbade has been happily married to Chief (Mrs) Oladunni Akin-Olugbade since 27th December 1980 and they are blessed with three sons.
