When the world shut down in March of 2020 I was driving back from Bangalore in the south, to my home in Mumbai. I had heard about the virus on the news and from what I heard I had always believed that this was going to last a while, I knew somewhere in my mind that this was going to be our generation’s World-War. And the best part of it all was that none of that scared me in no way whatsoever. What really scared the living daylights out of me, what got me shuddering with fear every time I thought of it, was that I was going to finally come face-to-face with my biggest enemy.Me. And with nowhere to run or hide, I knew I would have to come up with a survival plan. Something to get me through the madness without ending it all, in one clean swoop of a tired mind. So I braced myself for a storm and what a storm it was. It ripped me to shreds and brought me down to my knees. It got me to look deep-deep inside the deepest deep within, and find the answer to the question that is my existence. It gave me the sense to put down in words the words that helped me through some of the darkest days of my life. And when the storm subsided, I unwrapped the thoughts that make up this book.
