Knowledge would be sought exclusively in its own right,as would a shallow religion, a hollowed-out capitalism, a politicalstructure with no moral compass, or an unfettered science removedfrom its human dimension. He sought to highlight whatother capacities would need to be joined to the predominantthemes to keep them balanced and helpful to the human race.
