Sue Burge's 'The Saltwater Diaries' is a beautiful evocation of  all that is special about the coast, perfectly capturing the taste of salt on the wind and the life that is often undiscovered beneath rocks, along beaches and dancing in the air. This is a stunning collection of small pebbles that together can form mountains. Sue Burge is a poet and freelance creative writing and film studies tutor based in North Norfolk.  She loves wild swimming, birdwatching and walking and spends much of her time outdoors.  Sue's first collection In the Kingdom of Shadows (Live Canon) was published in 2018 as was her debut pamphlet Lumiere (Hedgehog Poetry Press).  The Saltwater Diaries is Sue's second pamphlet with Hedgehog Poetry Press and is a celebration and exploration of all things coastal.
