With this story I hope to inspire the non runner to start running, the half marathoner to dream bigger and realise that even the impossible is possible, and the marathoner to push his own perceived limits and aim for the much desired personal best.ABOUT THE AUTHOR : Paul Sheth is an architect who has been running since the last 10 years, completing 3 full marathons and several half marathons. She started running to migigate the pain from her personal life and discovered that as she grew as a runner, she also grew as a person. It taught her to smile again. Over the last 10 years, she has brought up 2 teenagers as a single parent, worked as an architect designing restaurants, and developed a whole new life thanks to running.
