He also completed masters studies in business administration at Edinburgh School of Business in the UK. Frank was an instructor at Niagara College of Applied Arts & Technology and at Sānxiá Dàxué (Three Gorges University) in China, and is an associate member of the association of professional engineers of Ontario, Canada.He has written articles about career skills and manufacturing operations published by MSNBC Careers ezine and carried in his engineering society’s newsletters, respectively, and he was a judge for a short story competition by Solamente Publshing in the USA. Frank is a father of one and has lived in North America, Europe, and Asia.
