In the third and final installment of The Dark Journeys series, seven months have passed since Alex confronted the human trafficking nightmare that almost claimed the lives of several people, some of whom were very dear to him. Alex soon learns that what he thought was the end of the nightmare is only the beginning of something that goes deeper than he could ever imagine. Things quickly begin to spiral out of control when an eager reporter begins looking into a possible connection between Alex, his friends and several disappearances and murders associated with the human trafficking problem in Patrician, FL. To make matters worse, a former enemy comes forward with information about the tentacled network behind this criminal enterprise. There’s one problem, he will only release the truth if Alex and his team protect him from the people who want to silence him for good! With trouble closing in on every side, Alex now has to watch every step he takes. The lines between right and wrong grow blurry with each second as The Reckoning Hour draws near.

Television is often cited as a cause of violent crime or behaviour. Usually, this connection is made in the context of the behaviour of young people - as another way of blaming them for the broader ills of society. It is rare, however, for even a single reference to television to be included in the index of reports on juvenile crime. Television, it seems, is presented as an inc...
