Who Me? A Prisoner? Yep! We all are prisoners of our thoughts, our beliefs, our actions, and our circumstances. We are confined within the prison walls of our lives. Two words describe the journey to true freedom: CHOICE and PROCESS. Right choices lead to freedom...wrong choices enslave. Freedom is a process, not an automatic response to being born. The process begins with making right choices, but failing to continue in the process toward the goal of freedom can land us back in our intellectual, emotional, or spiritual prison.
