In The Power To Release Weight, I refer to ''weight loss'' as Release Weight or Releasing Weight, as this is based on the psychological perspective that no one really wants to lose anything, so why should weight be any different? In fact, psychologically, as people lose weight they start to look for it. It is because of this that I started researching what ''weight'' meant metaphysically. The metaphysical cause for overweight or obesity is building a ''psychological wall around you'', layers of fat to protect you from the demands and expectations of others. There are many reasons most people build this ''psychological wall'' yet very few understand the connection between their emotions and their ''psychological wall''.In this book you will be introduced to crystals, meditation, chakras, affirmations, prayers, essential oils, movement and daily journaling.
