God used him as the Chairperson of the, Kaneshie Circuit Youth Fellowship of the Methodist Church, Ghana, to train the youth in evangelism, personal ministry, prayer and a Holy Spirit led life. Some of them have since become Ministers in the body of Christ. In 1995 he was called to lead in the founding of Global Crossfire Mission (Ghana and UK). Currently, he assists the Senior Pastor of the Dayspring Church of New York, including the training of the leaders. He also trains leaders across denominations globally in church and ministry leadership. In 2006, he co-founded of a vibrant fellowship in UNICEF. Koach is married to Jayne and they have four children and one grandchild.
