The Pondering Ape is a book about human experiences - not all, of course, since that would take a library full of books. Written in 31 poems followed by the author’s discussion of the meanings, the book covers such themes as love, spirituality, psychology, consciousness and the general things we do as human beings. Paul Phillips is a human writing about being, well, human, highlighting the complex and often conflicting ways of defining who or what we actually are!Maybe you can ponder these themes that you may not have thought about before or even muse on some I have not covered. Enjoy being human with me.
