The various literal-historical, theoretical and aesthetic problems of the Azerbaijani folklore and written literature have been sufficiently and thoroughly researched. However, research of the 'Kitabi Dede-Gorgud' and 'Koroghlu' eposes as well as the classical Azerbaijani novel needs a new attitude. The present monograph comparatively analyses on the platitude of new attitude both the issues of poetics, semantics, and psychoanalysis of the 'Kitabi Dede-Gorgud' epos and connection of 'Koroghlu' with the Chinese geography and the Azerbaijani novel with the traditions of the Western European novels.
