Marks goes beyond the legal consequences in describing cases where his heart and the heart of his clients were touched by the legal system.Bill Marks received a B. S. degree from the College of Business and a Juris Doctor degree from the College of Law at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Tennessee; an M. A. degree from Asbury Theological Seminary, Wilmore, Kentucky. He was granted a law license by The Tennessee Supreme Court in 1967 and is a former Assistant District Attorney General for the State of Tennessee.
