Consider the types of change to be addressed, and use the Organisational Vision audit and worksheet to check that it is realistic and workable.3.Create a strategy for communicating the vision across your business. Use the checklist to ensure you have covered all the key points.4.Overcome resistance to change. Use the worksheets and 40-part Strategist Questionnaire and profile grid to assess techniques for countering resistance.5.Implement the change programme. (This step offers five different techniques - decide which would work best in your situation).
