The Mirror in the Box is a parable about a king who adopted three orphaned boys. He loved them, taught them, and tried to prepare them for the inheritance of his kingdom. He also tried, unsuccessfully, to protect them from the hazards of life. This is written as a children’s story but has applications for adults as well.
