The Miraculous Adventures of Willy Maze is about a character called William Edgar Maze (Willy Maze), who was born in 1956, in an upstate New York town called Newburgh. It’s located 60 miles north of Manhattan, along the Hudson River. Willy is an only child, born with the ability to astral travel, or have out-of-body experiences. By the age of 13, he has some extremely supernatural occurrences. His father, Harry Maze, owns a delicatessen in Newburgh. His mother’s name is Etta. The young boy grows up, and takes a serious interest in music. He studies the clarinet and plays in the band from elementary school through high school. After he graduates high school, Willy lands a job playing the clarinet in the orchestra for the Broadway musical, Fiddler On the Roof. His musical career eventually brings him to Amsterdam, Holland, where he becomes the 2nd chair clarinetist in The Amsterdam Philharmonic Orchestra. Willy performs with them. While in Holland, Willy’s life changes dramatically: He falls in love with an oboe player, loses his virginity, and experiences more paranormal events. Something happens that turns Willy’s life upside down. He experiences his darker side by taking a job as a professional jewel smuggler, traveling through parts of the world, continuing to meet bizarre characters, his spiritual aspect, and God himself. Apocalyptic. Utopian. Miraculous.
