About the book-This book contains some poetries which are very near to my heart. All of these poetries are actual experiences and thoughts I have had at some moment in my life. These thoughts were just once a part of me, but now they are a part of anyone who reads this book. I have been writing this book for a very long time now. In fact some poems were written at actual time of those experiences. I have always believed that writing has so much more power than speaking and that’s why I am trying to make an influence over people with my writing. I love when people come to me and says, ’We really liked your book’ And that’s when I feel like I am making an actual difference. There are manuscripts saved somewhere in my laptop waiting to get published. It was an amazing experience writing, editing and illustrating the book. According to me the poetries in this book are the best I have ever written. I really hope you will enjoy reading them.About the Author- Hi! I am Srishti Wadhwa currently a senior in high school. I am an author, blogger and an artist too. Lately, writing has become a huge part of my life. From the time I was barely able to write to publishing my own books, I have grown a lot. Writing has taught me so many beautiful things. In fact writing poetry was never my cup of tea, but slowly and gradually I learned that poetry is and not just a few lines with poetic devices and rhyming schemes but it’s more like emotions oozing out of paper.

‘There’s a touch of both Dickinson and Larkin in Jennifer Chrystie’s mature exhumation of the tales and tropes of family. Figures who could so easily flit like phantoms in her well honed poetry are palpably enjoying an after-life in the poet’s ability to redeem through deep understanding. The collection arcs from, at one extreme, the parsimonies of the household, to the transce...

    Edward V Bonner
The very title of Edward V. Bonner's first volume of poetry, One Kiss (Ingram, 2015), suggests some ways in which the poems inside balance the universal with the particular. Most of the poems examine the themes of beauty and risk, pleasure and danger, in the context of one of three kinds of relationships: to romantic partners, to the spiritual world, and to the world of nature....

  • Do It

It took me almost two years to write it and finally it’s finished. I love writing self-help content, at first I started out by writing blogs on my website but I knew I had to do more. That’s when I decided to write this book.  Also for everyone who is wondering, how can I write a self-help book at 17? Well to be honest I feel like our experience comes from observance rather tha...
