The Lost Heir

The Lost Heir by Dramane Traore is a compelling revelation of what happens when the image of sonship is fractured and forgotten. With deep spiritual clarity, Traore explores how the loss of identity can reduce a son to a slave even while living in the very environment of inheritance. This is not a story about rebellion alone, but about spiritual memory-how sons can live in the house of their Father and still remain unaware of who they are.Rooted in the biblical story of Esau and expanded through rich, Spirit-led exposition, the book unveils the deep trauma that unfolds when a man carries the right to rule but lacks the consciousness of sonship. Traore reveals how easily one can forfeit destiny-not always through obvious sin, but through a series of careless choices, fleshly appetites, and spiritual blindness. Yet, even in the tragedy, there is a redemptive voice calling every heir to awaken, recover the image, and return to divine alignment. The Lost Heir compels the reader to examine how spiritual inheritance can be despised, sold, or simply ignored. But it also holds out a powerful invitation: to remember, to rise, and to be restored. This is not about going back to religion. It is about returning to the reality of sonship, where authority is not earned, but received, and where the Father never stops calling the heir by his true name.
