A quaint bed and breakfast overlooking the cliffs on the north coastof Cornwall seemed the ideal place for Nina, a struggling authorto get much needed inspiration. So the place was falling apart andwas in need of a lick of paint but it gave the place character. Thatdidn’t explain however the strange footsteps at night and a portraitwhich had hung for over 100 years to fall down the stairs, not tomention Shay’s new invisible friend. The strange activity on thebeach during the ghost tours was cause for concern, was someonereusing the old smugglers trail? This place was far from the peaceand quiet she was promised.
