Faith is like breathing for most kids. It takes faith to believe in the things we can’t see, but as we grow older, faith can feel unfamiliar, and distant. Santa Claus? Birthday Wishes? Just a couple of the ideas kids are willing to accept, like we trust the existence of gravity. Today, Jonah Martz turns ten. It’s Jonah’s birthday, and like every special day, it comes with a wish, and though his faith has been shaken by loss, and grief, is his faith enough?
