This early work is a complete index to a fifteen volume collection of the life and works of Robert Greene (1558-1592). Greene was an English author and member of a group of playwrights called the University Wits, which included Christopher Marlowe. Many of the earliest books, particularly those dating back to the 1900s and before, are now extremely scarce and increasingly expensive.
