One day while sitting at his desk working and preparing a short message to teach in church Ricardo Marshall began to experience the awesome presence of God in ways he had never known before. It was as if The Lord Jesus Christ had walked into the building and right up to his desk. Although Ricardo could not see the Lord, he knew he was there. Ricardo thought of the scriptures that he had read of how those who came into the presence of the Lord felt overwhelmed with His glory and His love. The wonderful presence of God completely enveloped Ricardo as he continued to type his message. He then realized that he couldn’t stop. What was supposed to be a two minute message became a book about JOY. That glorious, inspiring presence of the Lord remained with Ricardo throughout the day and night. Ricardo lay in the bed that night, wide awake, a gigantic smile on his face still thinking of the goodness of the Lord. This book is a message to people living in the last days before Jesus returns. Jesus said there would be perilous times in the world, but your joy will remain if you get the revelation that 'THIS JOY I HAVE, THE WORLD DIDN’T GIVE IT AND THE WORLD CAN’T TAKE IT AWAY' As you read you will RECEIVE TEACHABLE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING ON THE SUBJECT OF SPIRITUAL JOY, YOU WILL BE EMPOWERED, ENCOURAGED, STRENGTHENED AND FILLED WITH JOY. Expect a visit from the Holy Spirit who will anoint you with the oil of JOY.Ricardo Elliott Marshall with the help of his wife Cynthia Marshall serves as Founder and Pastor of Come As You Are Ministries (CAYA) in Lynchburg, VA. He walks, talks, teaches and preaches in the Spirit of Elijah, turning the hearts of the children to the Father and the Father to the children, restoring and preparing the church for the Second coming of The Lord Jesus Christ. In September 2012 he began 'The School of the Spirit' which teaches Christians to identify, understand and effectively use the gifts that God has given them for His glory. CAYA Ministries is one of many churches connected to Faith Assembly Christian Center Altavista, VA under the Leadership of Bishop W. Dwight Butler

There is a dark side to light, you know.  Evil wears many disguises.  It always camouflages itself as other than it is; and, good men are deceived.  The very nature of deception is that the deceived do not know that they are deceived.  There is a dark side to light, you know.  In the midst of the darkness – the children of light!  The backdrop – spiritual warfare. This Christia...

We’ve been duped into removing prayer from the center of our churches and have placed it on the periphery or semi-periphery.  What we’re witnessing today in our churches, and in society at large, is that legacy of prayerlessness.  Church leadership may be hesitant and embarrassed to admit it, but there is a direct correlation between our spiritual weakness and our lack of corpo...

If God is good, why do we get sick? When God created the world, He declared: "It is good." But then came the Fall, and with it sickness and death. In this heart-tugging monograph, Dr. Davis McGuirt draws from both his training in theology and the personal agony of watching his father die from cancer to provide a variety of biblical reasons for why we get sick. We are also remin...
