Through seemingly unexplainable blackouts and paranormal experiences, Billie and supporting characters such as her sister, special agent of the CIA, Shay Lamour, father David Eleos Sr., and twin brother David Eleos Jr. find themselves positioned against an illegal organization known as Ares and one of their operatives, General Terrance Coolidge.While Billie initially believes the seemingly dead program is better off dealt with by members of government like her sister and those that had arrested her, she quickly realizes the importance of her interference. With relentless tries at disarming Ares with Shay at her side, Billie soon learns that Shay is personally reporting back to the general. This ultimately leads to Billie attempting to take matters into her own hands and to turn away from the help that Shay offers causing ramifications including the eventual death of her brother.
