The Church is the Church of Christ, we are the members (Ephesians 5.30) and our lord Jesus Christ is the head (Ephesians 5:23). For He doesn’t dwell in a house built by man - Heaven is His throne and the Earth is His foot stool (Acts 7:48-51). Although the body - its members are made of different parts (1 Corinthians 12:12-13) and performs different functions or roles (Ephesians 4:11-12, 1 Corinthians 12:27-29). Our Jesus Christ expects the church to be one (John 17:11), just as He and His father are one. Today, we see divisions and injustices in the church of God (1 Corinthians 3:4-9, James 2:1-6) unlike the early Christian church founded by the Apostles (Acts 4: 32-37), who lived in love and shared everything they had in common. This book tries to inform us about these divisions and injustices in our present day church. The book also explains the 'Mission' of the church, which was commanded by our lord Jesus - Christ (Matthew 28:19-20, Mark 16:15). Furthermore, the book examines the 'meaning of church', 'Origin of church' and all other issues related to the church of God. In a nut-shell, the book defines the proper meaning of the word.

A lot of people blame God for their woes, why? It is because they think their God who is supposed to know about their problems is not doing anything about it. Who then is to blame? God or human beings? You can ask me again and again. People forget that God - is omnipotent (all knowing and that God is full of compassion, slow to anger and swift to bless) (Isaiah 55:7, Jonah 4:2,...

  • Faith That Works

Most of us - Christians these days, will never believe except we see sign and wonders. Christ’s early disciples, too, never believed that Jesus rose from the dead. Why? It is because they did not have faith and were too stubborn to believe those who had seen him alive (Mark 16:14); (Mathew 28:16-17). When Jesus first appeared to the Eleven disciples - after he appeared to two o...
