The Honorable But Mostly Sordid Triumphs of Cortez is a collection of nine short stories that dive into the strange and unknown. There are three stories that deal with Cortez, a divine cat, who works to free certain people from the sinister clutches that they have fallen into. The other stories range from ghostly tales to weird natural phenomena. Cats play major roles in all of the features. The cats make their way into homes, other dimensions, and even hell itself. You will find a tangle of terror and humor throughout the pages, similar to what our planet is known to produce.
