The Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit is not an abstract power nor a symbolic figure. He is the very breath of the living God-God’s own divine life and presence. From the opening words of Scripture, the Spirit is revealed not as a distant influence but as the active presence of Yahweh, moving, speaking, and bringing life.
