Dr. Rita received the Best Counselor Award for 2008, 2009, 2010, and 2011 from the National Local Business Association in Washington, D.C. In addition to her practice, she assists churches with the evaluation, interview, and recommendation of pastors and ministry staff and is a speaker at national conferences and local churches.
