In this book, I will share personal experiences around issues including living your truth, overcoming personal struggles, improving eating habits, saying no, connecting with others, becoming empowered, gaining personal focus and control. I will begin by presenting relevant information about myself and my background. What is the main point of this book? I seek to outline a plan to help you to become a better leader and human.
