A follow up to ’Unremarkable, so far’ it centres on the loss of parents and sibling, and the ways in which each is different, with new and challenging feelings to address. Hopefully, the poem will encourage others to view their own grief with new eyes, to not feel so alone, and to find ways in which to seek out the hope, beauty and love that it can bring.
