Within the poorly illuminated passageways of Downhill, murmurs of a sorrowful history reverberate across the corridors. Victoria John, a resolute and ambitious domestic worker, arrives at the enigmatic property in search of comfort from her own haunting recollections. Unbeknownst to her, the downhill area has more than just dusty chambers and creaking floorboards it houses restless spirits yearning to make their voices heard. As Victoria explores her responsibilities more, she discovers enigmatic hints and meets ghostly apparitions that unveil the hidden truths of the estate. One of the entities present is Isabella’s ghost, a spectral entity that serves as a guide and brings both guidance and enigma. Collectively, they decipher the interconnected destinies of previous residents, including Eleanor, a melancholic spirit ensnared by an ancient curse. Victoria, fuelled by her ability to understand and share the feelings of others, and strengthened by her newly formed alliances, skilfully manoeuvres through the dangerous realm of the supernatural. She fights malicious entities, uncovers hidden realities, and ultimately confronts a disturbing truth that connects the ghostly residents of the house to its structure.
