Three Ugandans leave training camps on the Pakistan/Afghanistan border and arrive by dhow on the Kenyan coast. They make their way inland, first by bus to Nairobi, then train to Kampala. Meanwhile the authorities try to stop them, before they accomplish their plans.The novel examines the concept that today’s terrorists are Moslem Fundamentalists. It also questions whether we are engaged on a ’War on Terror’ or the next Great Crusade, in response to the ’Dar ul-Harb’, translated literally as the ’Land of War’.
