THE EVIL WITHIN

Book #5 in THE STRONGHOLD seriesThe demons didn’t need to breach the gates of South Point. They just needed to find what was already rotting inside.Days after angels won a miraculous victory, evil is clawing its way back. Kidnappings have resumed. A social media campaign dismantles the community’s faith in real time. And the two pastors chosen to lead the prophecy haven’t prayed in days-they’re too busy counting Spanish gold coins in a cave. When one pastor murders a pawnbroker and drowns hunting treasure in a riptide, the other is left shattered, demon-possessed, and facing an impossible choice: cling to the gold or surrender everything to fight a spiritual war he’s already losing.Near the Mexican border, a new demon lord named Andras has seized the cartel territories-and he’s not coming for South Point with soldiers. He’s sending infiltrators wearing stolen identities: teachers, contractors, church volunteers. People the community will welcome with open arms.By the time the faithful realize their neighbors aren’t who they appear to be, the real war will have already begun-not on the battlefield, but in the pews, the classrooms, and the construction site of the Trinity of Hope. The enemy isn’t at the gates. The enemy is within.Fiction with Purpose.Proceeds from the sale of this book are donated to organizations whose primary focus is the rescue, recovery, rehabilitation, and restoration of victims of human trafficking.Join the Fight.'A wonderful piece of fiction that I could easily see being adapted into a screen production.
