The Cartel is trying to establish a drug route from Mexico to Chicago and to hell with whoever stands against them. They have their own agenda and they don’t care who gets in their way. The only mistake they made was they underestimated the determination and courage of members of this task force. The only way to stop the Cartel’s lust for money and blood is an eye for an eye attitude and commitment.
