As Kael’s dragon blood begins to awaken, Vaeron’s soldiers arrive to capture him, forcing Kael to flee with Draven to Dragonspire, the ancient seat of his father’s power. There, Kael must uncover the secrets surrounding his parents’ disappearance, learn to control his connection to the dragons, and discover why his mother hid him for eighteen years. But Lord Vaeron has already realized the rightful heir has returned and launches a deadly hunt to eliminate Kael before he can reclaim the Dragon King’s throne.
