In 1983, graffiti artist Don Tenenbaum starts a gang called 260 on the Lower East Side of Manhattan. At the age of 20, he goes to prison. Twelve years later, Don is released from prison, where he learned there is buried treasure under the Obelisk in Central Park. He reassembles his old gang to commit an unlikely heist. Meanwhile, Ken has become a darling in the international art world by plagiarizing Don’s graffiti from his junior high days. As Ken stands in front of Picasso’s Guernica with a spray-paint gun armed and ready, he rants, 'Pablo Picasso never tagged up the 2 Line because he didn’t have the heart!'
