Ezekiel 33:5 Patricia Ann Payne was born a twin in Waukegan, IL and raised in North Chicago, IL.Although she faithfully attended church and was involved in many ministries, she was unaware of her endangered soul.She was truly grateful that her Redeemer was patient, longsuffering, and merciful, for it was not until she was 28 years old before accepting Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior in Los Angeles, California, which freed her soul from eternal death.In September of 1983, she joined the U.S. Army as a reservist and then served on active duty until December of 1993.In May of 1997, she received a Bachelor of Science in Family Studies from the University of Maryland (College Park) and a Master of Arts in Applied Sociology from the American University, Washington, DC in May of 2001.She currently resides in Illinois.
