The book is a poetical narration of the emotional travails faced by the author as a young man. Growing-up in times that were shifting and tumultuous...the author had such searing questions that were troubling his mind. Life appeared treacherous and troubling. People seemed insincere and disloyal. Fear lurked in the mind and real or imagined terrors were haunting the young man as he realizes that life is not as he had thought it to be. The young man thought that life could be lived as it is; with no hypocrisy; with no fear and with total disregard to falsehood and intimidation. Perhaps, there is a utopia existing somewhere... where all that he had hoped for in this life but could not obtain. A country could possibly exist; where there is a land of beautiful scenery; perfect companions; blissful homes, and endless peace. How to reach that utopian country? Where could one find endless true love? Where could a person experience total peace?Answers to such questions might be never provided. The young man comes to realize that life is as it is. He becomes convinced that there are matters that could not be changed or altered; at best one should immerse one’s self in the natural flow of reality. Perhaps; ultimately at death, one could realize one’s utopia and encounter a life radically different from this earthly life. Perhaps it is at that point that a person could experience total bliss and happiness. Probably one would find beautiful, chaste and loyal companions there...in that final life. Yet... the questions remain unanswered...they might only be answered if one reaches there... wherever it might be. 3
