The Cul De Sac Of My Mind is a collection of Ians thoughts and feelings, written in the form of poems and songs and almost autobiographical look into his mind. Some are made up but most are about things that have happened to him, things that changed his life. A lot of what is written was written with tears in his eyes as he wrote his feelings down when he felt them. This is a strangely heartwarming but unnerving and sad book which should be read a bit at a time and not in one sitting.

The collection arcs from, at one extreme, the parsimonies of the household, to the transce...

Most of the poems examine the themes of beauty and risk, pleasure and danger, in the context of one of three kinds of relationships: to romantic partners, to the spiritual world, and to the world of nature....
