Weldon Walles is an honorably retired Texas Master Peace Officer who served with the Fort Worth Police Department for 25 years. George C. Klein, Ph.D. is a professor emeritus at Oakton Community College. He has a doctorate in sociology and criminal justice. He was a part-time police officer, is a trained hostage negotiator, and was a consultant to the FBI.
