The idea for 'THE COSMIC PRESIDENT' began in 2002, when Kasandra and her good friend from the Bay Area, Dr. Da Vid Raphael, were having a telephone conversation about his recent trip to Washington D.C. In a casual way, he mentioned, 'What if An Ascended Master walked-in to the body of the current President and helped to transform the Shadow Aspect in the United States?' We agreed that this idea contained the 'seed' for a valuable and impactful story! I am a Channel of The Ascended Master Lord Saint Germain for more than 25 years, beginning in the Bay Area, California (Oakland and Marin County) and then fine-tuning my gifts and abilities while residing for several years in Mount Shasta-'The Spiritual Crown' of the United States. Beloved Saint Germain--known as 'The Chohan of the Violet Ray of Freedom and Transformation'-often dwells in one of his important Etheric Retreats above this Mountain. He is also recognized as 'The Patron Saint of the United States of America.' While residing in Europe during the 1700’s, already in his Ascended State, Saint Germain was well-known for accurate demonstrations of Divine Alchemy and his ability to initiate many innovative documents of freedom. A prominent French Lord in contact with the United States, heard about the illustrious reputation of 'The Count,' (As he was called in those days), and invited him to travel from France and assist the Founding Fathers to draft the Constitution of the United States. During the gathering to sign this Document, The Founding Fathers were in great gratitude to The Count for the vision, wisdom and awareness that he contributed to their strategic meetings, and asked if he would include his name on the Document. The Ascended Master politely declined and emphatically said, 'Sign That Document,' thereafter bidding everyone 'adieu', and gracefully leaving the room! It is quite understandable that Beloved Saint Germain is now the Etheric Oversoul and primary Divine Guide for this Nation to attain its ultimate freedom, transformation and transcendence. After I completed my phone conversation with Da Vid, I soon went into Trance and asked Beloved Saint Germain what he thought of this idea. He immediately said, 'Yes! Let’s channel a book about it!' I realized that he wanted it to happen right away, so while I was going through my second year of film school at the College of Santa Fe (CSF), I dedicated every Saturday afternoon, for eight months, to tape record the beautiful channeled words that Saint Germain shared through me, to write this timeless Book. The first written draft was completed in mid 2003--when President Bush was almost at the end of his first term in Office. As I received the channeled information, I realized that this Book was already ahead of its time! In Chapter Nineteen, Saint Germain brought forth 'THE LIGHT BODY TEMPLATE, a first-of-its-kind, highly-charged Blueprint of the Ascended State.' After Graduation from CSF in May of 2006, I was Guided to introduce the Template and design weekend Light Body Activation Seminars, which continue to accelerate my own life, as well as the lives of the growing number of people who are participating in the ongoing seminars, retreats, consultations and special events. With advent of the New Paradigm of Peace, True Justice, Unconditional Love, Balance, Harmony, Unity and the ever-increasing vibrational frequencies of Divine Light, 'THE COSMIC PRESIDENT' moves us far beyond the basic affairs of the physical plane, as it is a succinct demonstration of how Humanity can ultimately attain its Ascension on Earth!
