कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी का घोषणापत्र (जर्मन : Manifest der Kommunistischen Partei) वैज्ञानिक कम्युनिज़्म का पहला कार्यक्रम-मूलक दस्तावेज़ है जिसमें मार्क्सवाद और साम्यवाद के मूल सिद्धान्तों की विवेचना की गयी है। यह महान ऐतिहासिक दस्तावेज़ वैज्ञानिक कम्युनिज़्म के सिद्धान्त के प्रवर्तक कार्ल मार्क्स और फ्रेडरिक एंगेल्स ने तैयार किया था और २१ फ़रवरी सन् १८४८ को पहली बार जर्मन भाषा में प्रकाशित हुआ था। इसे प्राय: साम्यवादी घोषणापत्र (Communist manifesto) के नाम से जाना जाता है। यह संसार की सबसे प्रभावशाली राजनैतिक पाण्डुलिपियों में से एक है। इसमें (वर्तमान एवं आधुनिक) वर्ग संघर्ष तथा पूंजी की समस्यों की विश्लेषणात्मक विवेचन किया गया है (न कि साम्यवाद के भावी रूपों की भविष्यवाणी)।लेनिन के शब्दों में, यह छोटी-सी पुस्तिका अनेकानेक ग्रन्थों के बराबर है; उसकी आत्मा सभ्य संसार के समस्त संगठित और संघर्षशील सर्वहाराओं को प्रेरणा देती रही है और उनका मार्गदर्शन करती रही है।
