Richardson developed this program while working with young people, encouraging them to think first and value themselves—and others. About the AuthorCalvin G. Richardson Sr. has spent his lifetime helping young people with self-development, male/female relationships, and recovery from substance abuse. Working in both individual and group settings, he was a counselor and planned recreational and informational activities—He fondly recalls, “I hated the paperwork, but loved working with the youth!” 3
