张德匡，美国加州知名的英语学习推手。本书搜罗张德匡先生平日所撰写的文章，分别归类为四部份发表：玩乐篇、天马篇、阴暗篇与政论篇；封面搜有张德匡闲暇时所绘制的油画，封底有其全家福照片与为夫人所亲手绘制的油画。張德匡，1944年生，屬猴，早年在大學多年，甲乙丙組都念過，對自然科學、心理學、文藝等較有興趣，也喜歡參與美術、音樂和各種健身的活動。長期的心理建設為自己創造了一個相當愉悅的人生和美滿的家庭。事業上沒有什麼顯赫的資歴，多年的塗鴉交了不少朋友，近期推動的英語「新音標」Phonics學習運動，獲得了社會廣大的支持，除了受邀到各地學校及圖書館等教學外，並獲得了洛杉磯2010年「最佳義工獎」。2011年YouTube 給予多個窗戶刊登作者視訊教學及南加三十年史話的兩個專訪，兩年來一直保持頭條地位，近期又有十多個國家的網站（俄國、印度、西班牙、日本、韓國、越南、阿拉伯等） 給予肯定和轉播。 3
